Reporting Fraud, Waste and Abuse

MCC and MCA-P are actively campaigning against fraud, waste or abuse of MCC or MCA-P funds or assets. MCA-P urges any MCA-P employee, contractor or consultant, or any member of the general public, who has proof or reasonable suspicion of such fraud, waste or abuse, to report the same to any one of the following:

• MCC through its website or its Resident Country Director for the Philippines (bohnml@mcc.gov)
• USAID Office of the Inspector General (OIG) through its US hotline or website
• MCA-P through its Managing Director
