The Millennium Challenge Corporation (‘MCC’) and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (the ‘Government’ or ‘GRP’) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account Assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in the Philippines (the ‘Compact’) in the amount not exceeding Four Hundred Thirty-Three Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand United States Dollars (US $ 433,910,000) (‘MCC Funding’). The Millennium Challenge Account Philippines (MCA-Philippines) intends to implement the Sixth Procurement Plan (Revised in April 2013) in the following manner:

Specific procurement notices for processes of consultancy services, goods and works will be advertised as they become available, on the MCA-Philippines website (www.mcap.ph), UN Development Business (UNDB) online (www.devbusiness.com) and DGMarket (www.dgmarket.com) and the major local newspapers of the Philippines, as applicable. The procurement processes are open to all bidders and consultants from eligible countries as defined in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines, which can be downloaded from the MCC website.
When appropriate, bidding documents which contain description of services, all technical specifications and any further information will be available at MCA-Philippines website. The procurement processes will be executed in accordance with the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines, considering equal opportunities of gender.
