The Millennium Challenge Corporation (‘MCC’) and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (the ‘Government’ or ‘GRP’) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account Assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in the Philippines (the ‘Compact’) in the amount not exceeding Four Hundred Thirty-Three Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand United States Dollars (US $ 433,910,000) (‘MCC Funding’).
