MCA-P has awarded Katahira Engineers International the $4.1 million contract for Project Management and Construction Supervision for SNRDP. MCA-P Managing Director Ma. Victoria E. Anonuevo signed on behalf of MCA-P while Anthony Gourley signed for KEI. DPWH Assistant Secretary for PMO Operations Emil Sadain graced the occasion representing the implementing entity as one of the witnesses together with Matt Bohn, MCC Resident Country Director and other key MCA-P and DPWH officials.
