Millennium Challenge Account – Philippines (MCA-P) and Visayan Forum Foundation, Inc. have formally joined forces against human trafficking by signing a Memorandum of Agreement that will cover the MCA-P project areas of Western Samar and Eastern Samar.
MCA-P Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ma. Victoria E. Anonuevo signed on behalf of MCA-P while Visayan Forum President Ma. Cecilia Flores-Oebanda signed for the non-government organization. (Click here to read full text.)
